Indaga Agent · open source
Run the whole engine yourself. Nothing leaves your machine.
The most private way to use Indaga: the complete engine, open-source, on your own computer. No account. No upload. No server ever holds your data — because there is no server.
Why it exists
Two reasons.
Maximum privacy
For people who won't upload their genome anywhere, full stop. The raw genome, the imputation, and every analysis happen on your machine — nothing is sent to a server, because there is no server.
Proof the engine is real
Open source means anyone can inspect exactly what Indaga does. “Show your work” isn't just the output — it's the code. If you want to verify before you trust, you can.
What you get
The complete engine — nothing held back.
- The full pipeline: DNA normalization → imputation → annotation → pharmacogenomics → disease screen → polygenic scores → multi-agent synthesis → reports.
- The same recognized standards as every surface — ACMG, CPIC, PanelApp, GenCC, PGS Catalog.
- Speaks MCP — so you can point your own local AI at your genome, entirely offline.
Start local, and if you later want the daily app or your genome inside a cloud AI, the App and Connect are there — your choice, any time.
Indaga is in active development.
We’re building it in the open — privacy-first, cited, and honest about what it can and can’t see.
