Indaga Connect

Your genome, inside the AI you already use.

Add your DNA as context to Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini — so questions about food, supplements and medications get answered against your real genetics, cited. Upload once. No 9 GB download — your results travel, not your raw genome.

How it works

Four steps, then it just works.

  1. 01

    Upload once

Drop in the raw DNA file you already have — MyHeritage, 23andMe, AncestryDNA. Indaga does the heavy processing a single time.

  2. 02

    We build your encrypted digest

The result is a small, structured record of your genetics — not the raw 9 GB. It is stored encrypted; you can delete or export it anytime.

  3. 03

    Add the connector

Paste your Indaga token into Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. Two minutes, once.

  4. 04

    Ask

“Given my genes, is a high-caffeine pre-workout a good idea?” — your AI now answers with your genotype in context, and shows its sources.

Exact setup differs per assistant. We’ll list only what’s actually supported at launch.

What you can ask

The everyday questions — answered from your own DNA.

  • Do my genes suggest I’m a slow caffeine metabolizer — and how late is too late for coffee?
  • I’m choosing between these three supplements — which fit my genetics, and which are noise for me?
  • Before I start this medication, is there anything in my pharmacogenetics worth flagging to my doctor?
  • Given my DNA, does a low-histamine diet make sense for my headaches?

Every answer is decision-support, not a diagnosis — and it tells you what it couldn’t see, too.

The honest part

What your AI actually sees.

Connect is the one surface where you’re using someone else’s AI, so we’re clear-eyed about it:

  • Your raw genome never leaves Indaga. Only the specific answers to your questions go to your AI.
  • But your AI provider does see those answers — for example, that your APOE result is ε3/ε3. That’s the trade-off for using the AI you already love.
  • Want zero third-party sharing? Run the open-source Agent instead — nothing ever leaves your device.

The rule

Your genome stays with Indaga. Your answers go to your AI. You always know which — and the Agent shares nothing at all.

Indaga is in active development.

We’re building it in the open — privacy-first, cited, and honest about what it can and can’t see.
