How it works

Four steps, then it just works.

    Upload once

    Drop in the raw DNA file you already have — MyHeritage, 23andMe, AncestryDNA. Indaga does the heavy processing a single time.

  2. 02

    We build your digest

    The result is a small, structured record of your genetics — not the raw 9 GB. It is stored in a place of its own, reachable only by your account, and not encrypted at rest; you can export it anytime.

  3. 03

    Add the connector

    One tap for Claude, a pasted address for ChatGPT and Grok — and sign in to Indaga to approve it. Desktop tools like Claude Code take a credential instead.

  4. 04

    Ask

    “Given my genes, is a high-caffeine pre-workout a good idea?” — your AI now answers with your genotype in context, and shows its sources.

Claude, ChatGPT and Grok sign in with OAuth; Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and Antigravity use a credential from app.indaga.ai/connect.

What you can ask

The everyday questions — answered from your own record.

  • “What do my genes say about caffeine — and how late is too late for coffee for me?”
  • “I’m choosing between these three supplements — which fit my genetics, and which are noise for me?”
  • “What changed this week in my sleep, recovery and activity — and what does my DNA add to that?”
  • “Given my DNA, does a low-histamine diet make sense for my headaches?”

When you connect, your AI is first told what your record holds and which of these it can answer today — it says what it cannot see instead of guessing. Every answer is decision-support, not a diagnosis — and it tells you what it couldn’t see, too.

The honest part

What your AI actually sees.

Connect is the one surface where you’re using someone else’s AI, so we’re clear-eyed about it:

  • Your raw genome never leaves Indaga. Only the specific answers to your questions go to your AI.
  • But your AI provider does see those answers — for example, that your APOE result is ε3/ε3. That’s the trade-off for using the AI you already love.
  • Want zero third-party sharing? Run the open-source Agent instead — nothing ever leaves your device.
