Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant to your record, then ask about your report in your own words. Optional, and not part of the paid report: the assistant you connect sees what it reads, under its provider's terms, and most providers process data outside the EU.

  • For VCF or gVCF files
  • gVCF up to 8 GB, VCF up to 1 GB, on GRCh38 or GRCh37
  • Not for FASTQ, BAM or CRAM files

A VCF lists only your variants, so the report reads much less from it: ask your lab for the gVCF.

It includes no screen for rare disease variants.

Never start, stop or change a medicine because of your DNA. Ask your doctor or pharmacist. Your record is yours. To delete it, use “Withdraw consent and delete my DNA data” on your dashboard at app.indaga.ai, or email support@indaga.ai; we delete within 30 days.
